Thrive is a boutique firm specializing in healthcare, academic, veterinary, and research professionals. Dr. Hersh founded her independent consulting business, Thrive Well-being, in 2019. With Thrive, Dr. Hersh conducts in-depth well-being analyses and assessments for organizations, provides individual well-being coaching, facilitates peer consultation groups, and leads educational workshops. Popular workshops and coaching issues include work-life balance, stress management, mindfulness, burnout, and compassion fatigue. Heather passionately supports well-being in groups and in individuals. She provides a safe, nurturing space in which individuals and groups can identify the factors that are causing distress and less-optimal lives.
